Awareness seminar in Karbala

Within the framework of the project (Increasing Civil Society Participation in Climate Action), implemented by the Ozone Network and supported by Norwegian People’s Aid organization (NPA) An awareness seminar was conducted in Karbala Governorate- Women for Justice Organization Hall on June 13, 2026. The seminar was attended by 16 individuals from the local community.
The seminar was implemented by (Scientific Platform Organization for Sustainable Development) a member of the Ozone Network for Environmental Preservation.
The seminar focused on climate change, including mitigation strategies and adaptation methods. It is worth noting that this seminar is part of a broader series of seminars being conducted by the Ozone Network across all Iraqi governorates to highlight the phenomenon of climate change and foster community awareness around it.
